Bailey Estates

in Williams Bay, WI

Today in the 21st century, Gerstad Builders is making it possible for everyone else to enjoy a vacation like lifestyle at its newest community, Bailey Estates which is in the peaceful community of Williams Bay, nestled along the north shore of Geneva Lake.  Ranch or two-story homes are set on homesites that range from 1/2 to 1.5 acres. Wooded home sites that can accommodate window basements are also available in limited supplies.

Situated between three lakes and hundreds of acres of protected wetlands and mature woods, Gerstad’s Bailey Estates community is in the middle of this pastoral setting as well. Although this new community is not along the water, all the benefits of living near a lake are at a family’s disposal for boating, skiing, fishing, and swimming.

Williams Bay is a friendly community of year-round and seasonal residents, who seek a retreat from the fast paced lifestyles of metropolitan areas.

In 1895, years before Williams Bay was founded, the Beaux-Arts Yerkes Observatory was constructed on a 53-acre site overlooking Geneva Lake. In addition to Yerkes Observatory numerous buildings of historic merit have been constructed in the Village and remain to this day.

Foremost among the natural resources within the Village are Geneva Lake, Southwick Creek, and an abundance of wetlands and woodlands.

The community is served by Williams Bay Elementary School and Williams Bay Jr. /Sr. High School.
