Jacob’s Field, a new semi-custom and custom home community by Flaherty Construction, is now accepting contracts for homes in its second New Lenox development. This new community with 47 first phase homesites will offer a variety of never-before-offered ranch and two-story homes that provide 2,200 to 4,000 square feet of customized living space for a starting price of $379,900. These luxury homes will be constructed on 1/4 to 1/3-acre homesites that may accommodate look-out basements. A select few homesites will be available with views of the sparkling pond. As a result of using advanced engineering and state-of-the-art materials/equipment, Flaherty’s new homes will meet New Lenox’s new energy efficient building codes and bring them a step closer to going green.
