Woodstock is a balance between the conveniences available in the 21st century and the peace and quite found in a rural town.

The centerpiece of Woodstock is its downtown square.  Surrounded by vintage buildings and ringed by cobblestone streets, this area is listed in the National Register of Historic Buildings.

Employment opportunities can be found in light manufacturing businesses throughout town.  Research facilities and developmental laboratories are also here as well.

Of course an abundance of stores, shops, service centers and restaurants are conveniently located in different parts of Woodstock for its residents to use.

Transportation is a breeze for residents as well.  The Northwest Tollway (I-90) is 12 miles away.  Commuters also have access to Metra train service too.
